Base are becoming the hot topic in our society today and many of the companies
are applying these concepts to enhance their custom service experiences in
order to increase their market share. The database is the big library of different
kinds of data, which is used for statistical analysis and research.
For a company that
uses data base, it can be benefited in number of ways. The data base can keep
a great track of everything that the company has been involved and avoid the
missing piece of information. However, the biggest function the data base has
is the ability to predict the possible outcomes by analyses the previous data.
For example, Google is famous for its search engine but it is also a huge data
base that collects everyone online doings. Every time when people use Google to
search something, the record is going to be collected in Google’s data base in
order to predict the upcoming bias and the preference of a certain goods, such
as if one search tennis racket in Google and next time at the time that person
goes on his/her social media page, he/she will see the related advertisement to
tennis rackets.
Data base is
making our life much easier and more comfortable but it is also harming our
privacy. There are always two sides on a coin so that we have to find out an
acceptable data base regulations in order to prevent the harm that technology can
bring to people.
